Terms & Conditions
Soft play equipment is designed for children aged 0–5 years only.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times during use
No shoes are permitted on the soft play equipment. Socks must be worn at all times.
No face paint, glitter, slime, confetti, food, chewing gum, or coloured drinks are allowed on or near the equipment
Please ensure all children treat the equipment respectfully and safely. No climbing on barriers or rough play
Any damage caused through misuse, negligence, or failure to follow our rules may result in charges for repair or replacement of items.
Outdoor hires are weather dependent. In the event of unsafe weather conditions, we reserve the right to refuse setup or request equipment is moved indoors for safety reasons.
The customer is responsible for ensuring adequate space, access, and a safe, clean setup area before arrival
Once setup has been completed and Our Little Guests Co. has left the venue, all responsibility for supervision and safe use of the equipment lies with the hirer.
Our Little Guests Co. accepts no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or damage caused during the hire period once the equipment has been set up and handed over
CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
MORE THAN 14 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT:
• The £100 deposit will be converted into a credit, valid for 6 months from your original event date
• Changes to your booking may be made, subject to availability.
BETWEEN 7 AND 14 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT:
• The £100 deposit is forfeited
• Any additional payments made will be converted into a credit valid for 6 months from your original event date
WITHIN 72 HOURS OF YOUR EVENT:
• All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable
• At this stage, staffing, logistics, transport, and equipment have already been allocated, and the booking cannot be replaced with another client
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All deposits are strictly non-refundable
Once confirmed, your event date and equipment are reserved exclusively for your booking
Late cancellations result in a direct loss of income and operational costs already incurred
Credits are not redeemable for cash and must be used within the stated validity period
We understand that plans can change.
